In today’s business world, building a diverse and inclusive company culture is extremely important. This month’s HR Thought Leadership session will explore what an inclusive team looks like, how to remove bias from the interview process, how HR leaders can encourage diversity of opinion, and what tools and processes the tech community is using to build stronger employee teams. The conversation will be led by Lauren Burris, Director of People at Apartment List, Matt Rigdon, Director of Recruiting and HR at SearchMetrics, and Matthew Yazzie, a former COO and now Diversity & Inclusion Strategist for Project Include, Women 2.0, and other organizations.

Breakfast snacks will be provided and conversation will be encouraged.
